Terms & Conditions with return and refund 

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Customers may initiate a return request within 5 days from the date of delivery in case of damaged, defective, wrong, or quality-related issues. To raise a return, customers must contact customer support or use the platform’s app/website. Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories. Refunds or replacements will be processed only after a successful quality check. Certain products may be non-returnable due to hygiene or other reasons. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within the applicable timeline. The platform reserves the right to approve or reject any return request.
